Overview of the project they are working on right now that includes the impact the project is making.

DICCE(Diversity, Inclusion, Cultural Competency, and Equity) aims to teach Gen Z leaders how to create equitable and inclusive spaces and educate Gen Z leaders on different backgrounds and their impact on lived experience. This will primarily be done through a 10-week virtual training in diversity, inclusion, cultural competency, and equity for Gen Zers.

Why I am excited to join Civics 2030
I am excited to join the Civics 2030 community because it is a community that believes in the power of youth -- not just as the future, but right now.

My vision for the future of American democracy
I envision a democracy where all citizens feel that their voice and vote has an impact, government and officials are easily accessible to their constituents, and equity and the impact of lived experience are prioritized in decision-making.

The kind of superhero I am striving to become
Equity is my first priority, I want to ensure that our communities and populations who have historically been the most underserved are given the most resources in order to make our systems more universally beneficial.
